Call in to get info on a misplaced plate. No waiting time, very nice to be able to speak to a live person instead of going thru recorded messages. Spoke to a Ms. Sue and she was very helpful, polite and was able to find the info i needed very quickly. Ended up having to call again for a different issue and spoke to her again, again she was very friendly, and very patient with me and gave me the info i needed. Thank you.
Busy many times but easy to get through as long as you have all your docs with you. Come prepared. It is a government building with staff. They have a certain way of doing things. Make it easy on yourself.
