My insurance has been trying to pay them since June 28 2017 it is now July 14. they change payoff amount said they sent them paperwork work and then sat on phone while my insurance walked them through the process. then told my insurance that payoff was more then it was. when I jumped in the conversation and told them what they told me. she changed tune when insurance told her she could not take payoff amount if it was more then my acutaul payoff. they are not honest ppl. they will cheat you plus they are rude buyers beware.
