This is one of the worst car washes I've ever had. I didn't pay for the armor all but you would think they would at least wipe it down. Vacuum job was not good either. Bugs still on car. The only thing that looked good were the tires.
they do a pretty good job for the most part. could improve on the window cleaning.
I've taken my car there twice and loved the results both times!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I got the full Works, most expensive detail. My car is not even clean. There was still trash under the seats, dirt left, dead bugs in my windshield. Interior of doors not cleaned, cup holders dirty. I waited for my car for over 2 hours and had to come home to finish cleaning it. I spoke with the manager who blamed bad employees and people not wanting to work. Yet I still had to pay full price for this 1/2 car wash/vacuum job. As I was leaving the employees were saying “I don’t know why she is mad”. I am mad because I spent $160.00 (with the oil change) and my car was not clean. A friend was with me and had the same issues with her car. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT COME HERE.
Best car wash in Victoria TX! I know that there is other newer ones that do the same but I've tried them all and Courtesy Car wash is by far my favorite! Each and everytime my car comes out perfectly clean! And for $7! Plus the main guy who takes your payment outside knows you by name and is always a joy to speak with!
