, so that was $100 then, I went back and they said that I'd have to pay the rest of it off for $160 . I went to sprint after that and paid the rest of my phone off there . $32 was left for me to pay off . I went back to Best Buy because they told me I wouldn't have to put anything down and I would receive a $200 gift card to Best Buy. Well, they got the phone out and started filling the stuff out and then they said " you need to put $446 down plus tax ." So I left , went to sprint and paid $130 and still got the iPhone 7 plus 128GB. Do not go there unless you want to waste your money .

The Best Buy here sucks. Lots of employees behind the customer service counter talking instead of being on the floor and being helpful and ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOB THAT THEY ARE BEING PAID FOR. Management do something about it. James, the current geek squad electronic installer and only for that matter, is the only real professional working there. He fixed my navigation system after I was given the run around at Toyota of Victoria. Very professional and went above my expectations and even called the Best Buy in corpus for consulting on my issue. Keep it up man, always smile and keep doing quality work, you'll go far.
Update: This store does not know their Price Match Guarantee. Amazon Prime is not excluded with the exception of Lightning Deals or deals with a clock which is understandable. Prime is a value for shipping and other member services, I understand that. Prime should be matched otherwise. The Price Match Policy is on the BB's website. Also, Warehouse club prices, like Sam's are not excluded according to the policy as long as they are local and have the identical item in stock. Yet, in this store they deny pricing. See the policy for yourself. I would appreciate consistency from this store. I am yet again reminded of why I choose online retailers over BB and especially this store.

The service at this location is below par. It seems no matter when I enter this store, the only persons I make contact with are the loss prevention attendant at the front who greets and the person I check out with at the registers. Not sure how BB stays in business. Unfortunately this has been a growing trend in BB for quite some time now. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the one or two times I needed something electronic in a pinch, BB happened to carry the product. Other than that, BB is a good showroom floor, when stock is available, for Amazon or another online electronics retailer.
