Not happy
Ordered flowers from out of state, called directly and asked for something pretty, their choice for a get well bouquet. Flowers delivered the same day, were beautiful and made the get well patient very happy. Wish I could share a picture. I highly recommend McAdams Floral, thanks.
I am not familiar with Victoria businesses or the work of McAdams, so I appreciate the woman who took my order over the phone. She was very willing to talk to me about choices as I viewed their website. I call florists all over the place and they're not usually very familiar with their own company's website. She made suggestions and was patient. On the invoice she emailed to me after, there was a note about the type of arrangements and the things I mentioned wanting. I don't know what the flowers will look like in the end, but I appreciate her great customer service!
My wife and I stopped in to purchase an arrangement for our wedding anniversary. Not knowing what to get and wanting something on a specific color set, we asked what could be done? We were assured we would be taken care of and McAdams kept to their word. Our arrangement was beautiful and even brought a tear to my wife's eyes. I wish we were in the right state to take a picture. Needless to say, we thoroughly impressed with the arrangement but more so with the service! Thanks.
So, here it was, Administrative Assistants' Day, 2017 and I had yet to order anything for our admin. Bad boss, I know! So I called McAdam's Floral and told them of my dilemma. I needed to have something to our administrative assistant by noon as she was leaving for the day and it was 10am when I called.
