Horrible service. Waited for about 30 minutes while they helped 3 customers that came in after me. Rude Chinese guy. Never stepping foot in there EVER again.
I came to this place after a horrible experience with First For Nails and they gave me the best service for about 2 or 3 months, then I skipped an entire month and now, the guy at the first desk rushed me on picking my color, was rude, acted like there was 10 people behind me waiting and there was ZERO! My nails look like I did them myself! Crooked, some are flat and some are chunky, with acrylic all over my fingers! The lady that painted them was a lot nicer! When she started to paint them, the polish wasn't turning out the color it was supposed too and it was running. Another girl came up and asked if I liked the color and I told her it was okay, but it's not the color its supposed to be. She layered it on and on and on, continued to tell each other that it's old polish of it's doing that, then asked if that was better. I told her it was a little better, but still not what it was supposed to be. They didn't care, so they've lost my business. I thought that I had finally found a reliable nail salon that I could afford, but boy was I mistaking!
LOVE THIS PLACE, they do eyebrows so good! And nail designs are amazing, they don’t charge an arm and a leg either!
First time being there they were very awesome and so nice... Want to thank the gentleman that took very good car of my mom . He did an awesome job..He helped my mom with her wheelchair and things want to say thank we will be going back.. The girls that did my nails she was so awesome and so gentle with your hands.. We will be returning to see them again...Plus my grandson was flirting with all the ladies.. Thank yall for everything
Always a great experience I've been coming here for months and have not once been disappointed. John does excellent work as well as the rest of the staff.
