I'm furious. After getting nothing done for me in a timely fashion, it was always the under writers fault because they where behind, I switched agents. They didn't have a problem correcting the changes he made to my policy without my permission. My payment is now half of what it was. This man claims to be a man of God, he's anything but. I cannot wait to call Corporate and have this situation investigated. I can't believe he ripped me off like that.
