I have been married about 3 months and only able to wear my ring a few weeks. So upset and dissatisfied!!!!!
I wanted something special made for my husband. The manager Jackie had told me she would call me to set up a appointment in a few days. A couple of weeks goes by and she finally calls me. The day of the appointment I go in and tell her what I want, the only thing I needed to decide was yellow or white gold. I was told to give her a final answer within 24hrs. So I left the store and decided 30 min later I wanted yellow gold. So, I don't live in the are, so I call the store and they say she is busy to leave a message so I did. I ordered this piece a month before my husbands birthday and picked it up a month after his birthday to find out it was white gold. Needless to say I was told I would be discounted. Well it was higher than the quote I was originally given. I've never been more upset to purchase something and have to wait that long!
Do not buy jewelry from here.............period.
