I returned to the establishment right away...with camera rolling...and was treated very rudely, ignored, nearly attacked, and then had the police called (who thankfully were able to see how rudely and shadily my daughter and I were treated). The clerk would not give the manager/store owners information to me or the officer, but their lack of integrity was even more apparent after I found my entire order form thrown in their trashcan...yes I looked! Holy Spirit leading!! They knew what they had done and tried to cover it up by throwing my information away! Thank goodness I paid with a card (now I know why she tried to insist on cash) and I recorded it all. These people will see us in court!! They don't deserve to be in business!
This is the ABSOLUTE worst place of business that I have EVER been to! They put holes in my daughter's prom dress and then very rudely refused to take responsibility. My daughter found a beautiful prom dress from a nice resale shop and we went to this business to have it cleaned. We showed them the dress, let them know what it was for, and asked upfront if they would be able clean it. The clerk gave an adamant yes and I paid upfront. I should have been suspicious when she didn't give me a ticket and wanted me to pay cash just expecting me to trust her, but since she went ahead and wrote it out after I nicely but firmly insisted, I didn't think much of it.
I was told she would have the dress completed by the beginning of the week but I let them know that as long as we got it by Friday, April 21 we would be fine. By Friday, we received no call so my daughter called to check on the dress. I went to pick it up and the clerk had the dress already concealed in a white dress bag and she brought it around the counter to me. She never offered to show me the dress. I was in a hurry to get back to work so I unzipped the bag, briefly looked over the dress (without even removing it from the bag) and drove home to deliver the dress to my daughter. As soon as I got home, my daughter pulled the dress completely out of the bag and we saw that the tulle at the back of the dress had several very noticeable holes. I immediately called the shop to let them know and the lady was immediately rude saying that I had already left and and then hung up on me. She never said they did not ruin the dress but rather that I had left so they were not going to take responsibility for their error.
Worst experience I ever had. They didn't dry clean an new down duvet, in spite it was cleaned with a washing machine, the result was very bad, there were stains everywhere and it was full of dust. No invoice was provided when I asked. They told the there wasn't any person in charge working there who I can complaint. I don't recommend it! 0 stars if I could choose it.
