Great place for the family and best library in the surrounding districts.
Terrible internet. Water fountain tastes like doodoo.
Always spend to much money at there sales but I just can't pass up some of the deals. And the staff are always kind and patient with my little ones. I love it!

Very good library. They have a family oriented and friendly environment. Since Victoria does not have much for kids, we have spent time here, especially with Miss Yvonne who is great.
