Food was ok, had better wings at every other location I've visited. Service was very poor, for 10 min there were no servers on the floor. Then I see them all come out of the kitchen together laughing and joking.
So I am only giving one star because I cannot post the review without at least rating one star. We went to BWW and the food was okay and service was fine, until there was a piece of chewed gum found in a glass of tea at our table. The tea was drank down enough to reveal a piece of gum stuck to the inside of the glass. We showed the waitress and she immediately took it back to her manager who said, and I quote "I am just trying to figure out exactly how the gum got in there because we did not put it in there." Obviously lady. That isn't the point. The point is someone did put it in there and you still gave us a cup full of tea with gum stuck on the inside. Don't try to place the blame because y'all screwed up. So she then says that she will take the drinks off our bill (which the waitress hadn't put them on there in the first place so that didn't make much of a difference) and she would give us 10% off. So our bill was still a grand total of $65 for a crappy meal, someone else's gum in some not-so-great sweet tea, and a manager trying to make us feel bad for their mistake. Seriously Buffalo Wild Wings get it together.
I was offered a 15 minute garuntee for my order of wings of they were free. The food took more than 20 minutes before my table got it (like always). Once we finish our meal and are going to get our checks the manager comes out and says that my table ordered too much food to qualify for free wings.
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was great food. Jessica is a great waitress. Good service!
Additionally this location always brings wings out dry and cold.

Really enjoy the food but the service is pretty bad. We waited almost twenty mins just to get drinks. When the waitress memorized what we wanted to order, I knew then and there the order would be wrong. It was but I just dealt with it, knowing it would take longer to get it fixed. We were rarely checked on and it took forever for us to “find” our waitress just to get our bill and check out. Every time she came to the table she kept saying “sorry (followed by some excuse)” .... extremely unprofessional. We were at the place almost two hours... and that was just to eat and not watch games.
