Talk about a waste. Tickets cost $14 but snacks cost over $34, I feel like I’m at a theme park without something actually entertaining.
The employees all have the same sad expression on their faces and after seeing first hand how management speaks to them it’s apparent as to why.
Alot better since they got rid of those cloth seats
If your customers can hear you talk down to them, it’s a terrible place to work. I feel sorry for anyone working there.
Very clean, which I appreciate. Nice lobby, the restrooms are nice and tidy. There's an arcade for the kiddos. The seats are extremely uncomfortable and squeak with every movement, no matter which showroom you're in. This Cinemark is obviously quite old. Typical junk food, nothing really good. All in all, it has everything you need it to have but nothing you want it to have. For that, I give it an average rating of 3 stars. Not bad, not great. Still the best theater in town!
I have always had a good movie experience at this cinema. Seats are good. Theaters are clean. A generally good selection of movies.
Standard mall theater. Sound system and projection is best available. Needs to go ahead and remodel some of the theaters to more comfortable and modern seating.
