Just watched your training video on police and senior citizen relationships. Slamming an old man to the ground, tasing him TWICE sends a clear message to Victoria seniors. Especially hispanic seniors. What a hoot. What kind of show are you people running? Good thing he wasn't black.
We've lived all over this state and this police department seems to be the most respectable and attentive we've seen, though they seem under staffed for a city of this size.
