Friendly people, cheap rent, free WiFi and laundry, kid friendly, activities every weekend for kids and adults in the club house, very quiet, feels like a community... feels like home.
The rv park is quiet and clean.The owners are very nice,professional,and classy!!
It really depends on your individual taste and needs, it's a bit to desert like for me. No shade ..
