Took over 2 hours to get a basic refill and pedicure . (had an appointment)
Went with my sister her 5 year old daughter and my 3 year old daughter, service was definitely nothing special (this coming from a Houston native, I've been to my fair share of nail salons) the nail technicians were nice and the owner was very friendly, but I was literally sick to my stomach when I got the total for my 3 year old daughter and myself, $100!!!! For 2 plain jane pedicures and 2 manicures, my 3 year old got normal polish I got no polish at all, a day later and I still disgusted over the whole entire experience. In Houston at a nice salon with better service our total wouldn't have been over $50, I basically paid $50 for my 3 year old to dip her toes in pedi bath and get her fingers and toes polished! This place is a complete rip off!
Got my eyebrows by Gabby. She did an amazing job. And for $10, it is really a great deal.
I'll stick with fancy nails where they make sure their customers nails look great.
Would of cost 15-20 anywhere else.
Both services were overpriced for the quality and what I received.

I love Royalty! Lina and her staff make you feel important and comfortable while you are there. Atmosphere is great! Since I've been getting my nails done here they last so much longer than other places I have been to. Definitely recommend!
Neither technician seemed to worried I wasn't satisfied and said well let's redo the polish that doesn't match and is crinkling .

I explained I had to get home to meet the bus for my child . again didn't seem to concerned .
Wasn't the friendliest service being a business owner thats a very important quality I look for.
