Terrible service from the lady at the front, an older lady.
They're always nice to me. Maybe it's because I'm nice to them. Maybe the other reviewers should make a note of that.
I have lived in the U.S. for over 16 years and used FEDEX all the time. We have an account with FEDEX. But the rudest customer service is at the Victoria, TX FEDEX shipping center. I understand the older lady was over worked. They have no idea how to go out of their way to support a customer, let alone a customer that has an account with them.

Maybe it is a Victoria business ethics. Going the extra mile is not in the training. The older lady at the front desk was mean, rude, and did not want to help at all what's so ever. She just had to talk to me because I was standing there and asking questions, where she is supposed to be helping. She just had to help me. I wanted to tell the lady, she has a job at FEDEX because of customers like us. I do not ship just one letter here and there. We use FEDEX all the time. Maybe it is time to change to a different vendor.
