We have been long time parents of patients of Dr. Zeplin since 2008. We had not been to see her in the past year as we had been pet free since our Welsh Terrier Abby passed away. We took in a Hurricane Harvey rescue cat this weekend for a new patient exam. It was like we never left. The staff and Drs were very thorough, friendly, and personable as they have always been. Wouldn't dream of taking our pets anywhere else for care.
I can't say enough good about Dr. Lee Zepplin and the staff at Lone Star Animal Hospital. Everyone is caring, loving and very knowledgeable. Your furr baby will be in excellent hands! Even my boy is and he doesn't have furr!
Pleasant and efficient staff and Dr. Z is always good about following up and giving very personalized attention to our "fur babies".
I feel very grateful to Dr Zeplin and her staff. They have been my right arm with our three dogs that we currently have , and through the hard times with the old one that is no longer with us.
Dr. Zeplin and her staff, have always been friendly. They answer any questions you have, as well as explain the how's, what's and why's. You can tell that they have a love for animals. Good bunch of people!
