Jeremy Ramirez did a very good job. he came out and met us in the car lot. he showed us everything we wanted to see and he recommended a very nice car for us. he also showed us all the options so that we knew what we were buying. We love are car, Thank you Jeremy Ramirez
The only reason for 2 stars is because Al and James did try to do there best to help. Yet the sales manager Jimmy is not very good at his job. I gave them a number I wanted to be around. Basically just said that I was stupid and that he wasn't even going to run my credit because I was not realistic. It was just a round about number to find the best deal as you are suppose to do, which they should know since they sale vehicles. I would have had no problems with a larger monthly payment. Seems they just do not know what they are doing and are not willing to work with you.
The new general manager Jimmy is awesome! He would get things done for you. If there is an issue he has a solution. I found a scratch on my brand new car and he offered to fix it at any Honda dealership as I was out of the city. As I was remote, Veronica managed everything over email and phone and made my life easy. And more importantly she is trustworthy and stands by her offer. Gage - the salesman is a rock star with cars, he knows it all and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.
OMG!!! Stacey Tunchez is a joy to be around and Jimmy Williams is an all out ROCK STAR!!! Both individuals exhibited five star work ethic and five star personalities. Jimmy went above and beyond any manager I have ever met to accommodate me the best he could. He worked diligently to get me as close to my proposed number all while keeping me in the loop the entire time. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
