Body shop gave 3 different dates for completion. None were hit. 3 delays and 3 days spent on the phone with insurance getting rental car straightened out. Find somewhere else to go.
If I was able to give this place zero stars; I would! The employer they had was so rude to my mother. Her name was Kelsey and she seemed to hate her job and kept picking up her phone when we tried communicating with her. Horrible experience after many years. So unprofessional. need better employees!
Terrible. You guys sold my mother a used car that is overheating only after 1 month of having it and you are all refusing to help her. My mother is disabled and has had brain surgery, being without a permanent home right now because of Harvey she went in desperate to find something, and unfortunately your sales team took advantage of her. They should have been honest with her, knowing the situation she was in. Being honest should always be superior to making a sale. That speaks volumes of your company and your staff running it. You guys have jerked my mom around and made her drive back and forth from Houston THREE TIMES making her believe that you were all going to do something to help her and you have not. My mom can barely drive as it is but she had no choice. Unfortunately I was not aware of this until just recently or I would have not allowed this to happen. I am so disgusted with your company and every single one of you should be ashamed. Being in the sales field myself I would NEVER EVER allow this to happen to ANY of my clients. Beware to anyone buying used cars here!
I had purchased my car as well as my wife's SUV. Some if the best salesman work there and others are a little pushy. They are willing to go over and beyond for you and make sure it's what you want. The prices sometimes can scare you a bit. That would be my only complaint if any.
I called one morning and they said to bring my truck right in. They immediately diagnosed the problem while I waited and fixed it within hours when I told them we were going out of town the next day. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly. This was my first experience with this service department and I was very impressed. Keep up the good work!
