Worst Experience- If your a single mom trying to get your son his first car be-careful. I got a car for 10,000 and by the time we were ready to sign they added warranty package saying the bank approved it with this, making it 15,000. When I said I didn't need the extra warranty; they said the loan did not go through and when I called the bank they said Toyota didn't send them paper work on time and that we can redo it. I receive unpleasant texts telling us just to bring the car back. Mind you we live in corpus, and the car has had insurance from the day the car was taken off the lott August 5,2017. I wish I could post pictures of all the texts and emails.
Vehicle service department issue: Booked appt for oil change, took 3 hours to complete. Service adviser asked about tire rotation, never mentioned they charge $19.95 for this. Noticed the charge on final bill, requested the fee be removed - after deliberations the charge was removed. BEST PART of this - THE TIRE ROTATION WAS NEVER COMPLETED. I marked 2 tires while waiting on service aisle. BOTH tires remained in same location after picking up vehicle. I will NEVER use Toyota of Victoria for any services again. The drive to Houston or San Antonio will be worth it!!! CANT TRUST Toyota of Victoria
Pay attention to what you are agreeing too. And once they ask for your signature read everything carefully because what the sales person/manager tells you and promise you is VERY different from what you sign. I originally got my corolla in 2015. After thinking I got an awesome deal, looking back at my contract I realized that the sales man had added extended warranties that I had told him did not want.
Sadly, you can tell these people are just so money hungry and don't care about your true car needs.

After going back and fourth with the financial manager they told me they could refund me $1900 I accepted that amount. Hurricane Harvey happened so I had to wait to go sign the paperwork. Once there the lady in charge of finance tells me I'm actually getting $3296 back so I was happy because I Was lied to and paid $4500 worth of stuff I did not want or knew I was being charged for.

Today I get a call from the lady telling me she grabbed the wrong paperwork and that my actual refund is $1600. So is this how Toyota does business? Lie to customers? I am done with this place I will no longer purchase any vehicle from this place.
I bought my car back in October 2016 and I've been meaning to give my review. It's almost been a year and I still can't forget the terrible experience. First of all they have terrible customer service. Make sure you really check and make sure what all the extra charges and fees are for. They force a GPS locator fee, that i did not want but had no choice but to pay for. I felt like I was getting cheated and lied to, no one was friendly. I asked if they car price would go down if I paid the car cash (because I felt that the interest was to high) and they said that "it would cost the same amount if I paid it cash". Too many hidden fees, everytime I asked for the total amount I could never get a straight answer.
Good people deserve our business. They treated our family fantastic. The products are similar, but the staff at Toyota of Victoria make the difference.
But if they do make you get warranty you have 30 days to cancel it, you do not need Apex nor the additional warranty.
Will never give them my business again or ever recommend to anyone.
