Really bad "chair-side" manner. Over charges cash customers. On three occasions performed extra "surprise" x-rays (in addition to what was agreed upon in advance). Would not email dental records to another dentist in order to get a second opinion unless I paid an extra $25 per person. Would not recommend this dentist unless you've got some really excellent insurance that pays for everything. Staff is mouthy and don't care what their customers/clients need/want.
Dr. Fordiani's staff is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Dr. Fordiani himself is a very good dentist. If you need a dentist I highly recommend him. I haven't been to one in years and I was very comfortable in his office. My procedure was very painless and quick. I am definitely going to see him again.
