I'm a senior and they no longer accept any discount cards. Apparently the forms you have to fill out aren't used since this review request was sent to my wife's phone. There was a very long wait after cleaning until dentist came without any staff contact to offer explanation. Staff are nice and dental service has been good. Some things, though, need to be tweaked up a little.
I changed dentist for my son after they gave out private information several times I tried to get them to stop and they wouldn't I paid out of pocket more than $500 after insurance for our last visit. But I guess they weren't interested in keeping our business and they sure weren't interested in keeping our private information private and FYI one of my son's fillings fell out less than a month later and they messed up another filling that we had to get fixed at our new dentist and I'm pretty sure they over charged my insurance the covered benefits paper I got from the insurance did not look right at all and what I was quoted for the out of pocket change from the time they quoted me to when we had it done an was paying for it they charged me so not right !!!
My son had his dentist appointment at Victoria Dentistry yesterday and it was a very positive experience. The staff was helpful, professional and pleasant. Dr. Vela is a wonderful dentist, and I will recommend her snd this facility to others.
Super friendly and as a new patient they where able to schedule my cleaning the day after going to the office to look into selecting them as my new Dentist.
The best dental practice I've ever been to and I've been to many. The doctors are wonderful and the staff can't be beat! I would recommend Victoria Dentistry to everyone I know.
