I went there yesterday 8/26 for a cracked iPhone 5 c screen. I was quoted a very reasonable price and had the work done by them. I was quoted 30 minutes and the phone screen was replaced and done in 10 minutes!!
I took my phone to have its charging port replaced, which they did and it works, but upon retrieving my phone they had failed to put the case together properly which caused me an additional 20 minutes of waiting in their lobby as they sought to fix their mistake. Additionally, one week after this repair the camera on my phone no longer functions.

I'm terribly sorry, but a camera that has worked flawlessly for many years only to cease working after a repair which required the temporary removal of said camera screams of shoddy work on their part. The fact that they refused to take responsibility and take pride in their work is incredibly disappointing.

Only use them for VERY basic repairs, and even then double check absolutely everything after they give the phone back to you.
I highly recommend them and if I ever have any other issues they will be my first and only choice!!
I called them to inform them of this issue and they essentially described how they replaced the charging port: which required them to remove the camera and place it back into the phone after they finished soldering the new charging port into the phone. After this they explained that they could order a new camera for the phone, but that it would cost me because "it was working when we last had it."
I will not be coming back to this place again and I strongly advise you not to go here unless you have no other option for your phone. It's an amateur operation at best.
