Bad service bad customer service bad people liars who don't want to help. If id known sprint was this bad we would have gone somewhere else. They lied about prices they lied about the quality of cell service in all... Do not go to sprint. Im lucky to get any service at all if i do its usually 3g
Let me start with the store is fine but outdated. But anyone thinking of switching to sprint don't do it service is spotty inside and outside building even inside major cities I was told where I lived I would have lte service but once moved back home after work I had no lte service nearly 3g and once in my house no service at all. Was told they would pay off my at&t bill but after taking them multiple bills and getting turned down because it was the "incorrect bill" btw download speed in Victoria on lte with sprint is not even 2mbs and upload is maybe 3mbs at the best of times. For reference Verizon and t Mobile are over 15 down and up speeds. T-Mobile cost the same as sprint so why is sprint service so horrible?
