Short and simple, they're towers are not equipped to support their promises. T-Mobile is great if you live in Houston or a large city, but in Victoria they have not quite worked out all the bugs.
Other than a 30 minute wait the service was excellent and the employees were more than happy to help.
This store is decent, however I was overcharged by 160 dollars at this store. I had to return twice and speak with customer loyalty after I left to get the issue resolved.
Be warned I have the 18g 4G LTE hotspot plan, and at 5pm every day, until 10pm, TMobile limits bandwidth speeds to .10-.50mps. this happens every single day. I have called countless times to no avail of any resolution what so ever. I never receive more then 5mps at any time anywhere in or near Victoria.

They are always kind and handle my upgrades quickly. They're never pushy and seem to be pretty knowledgeable about their phones.
