These guys are not just trainers but coaches. They encourage and work along side you no matter your level. The price is worth the extra mile they provide. I am new to this but I like what I receive. They change up the routines and work the entire body of muscles with a little concentration to particular groups of muscles. Then the conditioning is from the types of strength training you do with weights and resistance. This place isn't about bulking up but rather getting fit and strong according to how you are built. So, if you work the program and adhere to the coaches' advice, you'll be healthy and feel great. I highly recommend if you are looking for that extra motivation to stick with a program.
