F.S.U. has helped me so much. I had been trying to to it on my own for years, and over the past month at FSU I am finally seeing results. I have been doing the crossfit classes twice a week and I am constantly surprising myselft on what I can do. Best decision I have ever made was to attend FSU and I would highly reccomend it to anyone that I know.

I can't list enough positive comments about FIt Strong United Crossfit. The gym is awesome with space for everyone. The environment is completely addicting with some of the best people I have ever met working out alongside me. The coaches are highly involved in the safety of the clients as well as providing the opportunity for athletes to be involved in crossfit competitions as well as weightlifting events. We go there to workout, become healthy, relieve stress, make friendships, laugh and motivate each other to become the best we can and reach our individual goals. By far the best gym I have ever been involved with.
FSU is great! It's like working out with a family, there is always someone pushing and motivating you to do more!
FSU improved my mobility and my life!!! Although I can't go back due to my heart condition, I'm determined to come back again!!!
