Went their my first time and had a horrible experience staff wasn't confident, stayed their almost an hour so they can figure out what to do and I noticed I had a bald spot when I got out the shower..
Everytime I go to mastercuts they give me attitude, more from the guy that works there. I've gone there 2X to get a perm once at 3:30-4:00 and the guy and anothe worker said it was to late in the day, mall closes 9:00. So finally I went at 1:00 and once again the ring letter the guy was gives attitude and making faces and I told him just forget it. He said no no come in. I felt uncomfortable but got it done and got bothe my daughter's a hair cut. So I went back because I liked the way the perm came out. Yesterday 6/17/16 I went back to the store and told them I wanted a perm and of course the guy from before was there and the lady said yes just sign in, she washed my hair and my daughter was getting a hair cut also. As soon as the lady split my hair open she said I have head lice I said really, so she calls the guy over and he said yes that's head lice and this is happening in front of costumers and everybody can hear them and see them bothe picking at my hair. That was humiliating and embarrassing for me and my two daughters I was angry I paid for my daughters haircut and left. I called my husband and we live 45 minutes away and I told him come and check my hair to see if I have head lice and he did and 5 minutes after that he said no I don't find any head lice so I made an appointment the same day an hour later with JCPenney's and got my perm and got my hair cut as soon as the lady was done and it was two ladies rolling my hair then I asked did any one of y'all find lice in my head the lady said no her name is Miss B she said if I would have found lice I would have stopped immediately Mrs. B is 70 years old she's been doing hair for 50 years and she said I had NO head lice and finished my perm in 2 hours,when MasterCuts couldn't do it in 4-5 hour.I was embarrassed humiliated buy MasterCuts employees for the last time I've given you three chances.

My wife got her hair done there and when she got home and put it up it was only done on one side. When she returned to get it fixed they told her she would have pay for it after paying $150.00 already. The staff was not apologetic at all.
Very disappointed . I went with my daughter and grandson(year and a half old). He got a hair cut, very bad, not because he was moving. The lady who cut his hair did a bad job. Another girl did mine, wasn't that bad, but not good either. When was time to paid, they charged us more, that what was advertised .When we asked her why , she charged us more ,she said, they just forgot to change the prices, very decieving.
