Nice staff but slow due to hurricane
Long wait time. But they cut my hair right every time.
Two girls cutting hair and I count 3 at counter looking at computer and 2 more cleaning clippers for 10 min. And talking while there is a waiting room full. Been a long wait not sure if we want to come back. If they are on break would be nice if they were out of front so you don't think you are getting engorged.
After a visit, they log in what you say you want so they know what to do the next time you come unless you want to do something different. Moreover, the employees are considerate to customer's sensibilities and helpful if you're not sure either what you want to do or how to do what you want.
Usually minimal wait time, my boys have had good experience with stylists.
