I highly advise eating either at the location or going to pick it up yourself. The delivery charge is ridiculously high ($5) and it takes at least an hour before receiving your food.
Today, the driver gave us the wrong order. The order we originally received was for someone on the complete other side of town. My boyfriend had to run outside to catch the guy to get the right order. When I started to eat my poorly crafted sandwich, it immediately started falling apart.
The food is amazing and fresh. As a package though JD hardly lives up to these premium aspirations. They sell peanut butter and jelly sandwichs for almost $4 dollars. I would gladly pay these prices for a more premium experience.
Hit or miss. We didn't go for 2 years after my son threw up after eating cold mac and cheese. And the salad bar was horrible that day. We started going again bc i really want salad bar and today my daughter got cold macaroni and we sent it back and it came back hot, she is fine, but they sometimes slack at this locale. Salad bar has been nice fresh and clean lately.
The staff is always nice, but the food is subpar and super over priced.
At least my cat has a new bag to play with!
JD portrays itself as a premium deli sandwhich experience the problem is they fail to deliver the entire package. They have meals that ring up to $9 dollars but the meals don't come with a drink. The restaurant is only slightly nicer then your average Subway.
They really need to do more about showing their menu items and selections to the customers as you walk in. On our first trip it was crowded and they rushed you through the lines without much time to look at the options available. Found out later that menu's are available at a counter away from the line to go to. Would be nice to see it right away as you arrive. Now that I know I will be able to step aside and make better decisions about what to order next time.
We had Soo much FuN eating out for a change and Shared... Our desire to Keep it In Our budget meant We just aTe less than, Then chowed On Ice Cream !!! Thanks for the Ice Cream
