Wife loves this place so I gave it a try. You got to get the meat pizza it was great. I am not a pasta fan, but the pizza is good. Staff friendly and even thought it was close to closing, they sat us down to eat. That's a good managed restaurant.

This was my first time eating at this brand. The three stars is only for the staff. They were extraordinary. However, the food was not. I ordered a medium rare steak. I received an overcooked, more than well done, very tough steak. The rest of the food was mediocre. I doubt I will try again.
Went there with a date last week. It's a little pricey, but I have to say the food is good for a chain restaurant. The olive oil and garlic was excellent. The main reason I wrote this review was that I checked out the reviews before I went and most people seem to knock the service. That may have been true for those people but I didn't experience that at all. We got waited on promptly. I was on crutches and the hostess opened the door for me on the way in and out. I never felt like the service was lacking at all, and I would go so far as to say it was very good. I got half my meal to go, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they included a loaf of their Italian bread and olive oil with garlic with the to go bag. I think that's about as good customer service as one can expect.
Unfortunately, the worst visit I have ever had at a Carinos. Not sure if this is endemic though. Service was incredibly slow, undercooked fish, and a salad that had sat to long in its dressing among other things. Generally speaking, a bad experience. I will say that the server was working hard to assist but it simply wasn't good enough to salvage the evening. I chose poorly.
