Place your orders online, they can’t hear anything over the phone. If you order while you’re there be ready for a 20-45 minute wait. And check your bags before you leave, I’m almost always missing something, or having to check to make sure the fries aren’t soggy.
The service here is absolutely terrible and may prevent me from further engagement with this location! The employees (mainly one young female cashier) have horrible and rude looks on their face clearly representing their pitiful desire to be there. Also, I was told my order was going to be ready in 18 minutes and I ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes for my food that came in a leaking bag because the service is so trashy and disgusting that they just threw all of the food in the bag without placing it in there properly. I’m not one to do reviews much but this is the last strike as I have had many issues with their horrible service before.
Other than that it’s still a badass place, way better than Buffalo WW and for about the same price.

Ownership should relay to manangment, lets make sure your employees know what they’re doing. Sara, very unpleasant women at the front refused service with a valid ID. Called the GM, asked about TABC certifications and whether his cashiers needed them to serve alcohol, his answer was that he didn’t know and that he was sorry. How do you not know? Will be calling TABC and speaking to ownership, really their loss in money than mine. Idiots.
