Cool neighborhood hardware store. It's like stepping back in time. I always get great service.
I spent about 5 minutes roaming before I could get some help. I wasn't greeted at the door. It is a shame when smaller businesses offer less customer service than big box. Recommend you change a few things True Value.
Incredibly rude service. I called during hours of operation according to their website. Was told they were closed for inventory, and wouldn't even field a simple question.
