Horrible. One star is too much. Worst manager and customer service I have ran into. I bought flooring online. Received an email and Tex message from Home Depot that my order was ready for pick up at customer service. I go to pick it up and they only have 1 of 6 of my boxes at customer service. They finally come up front and say oops they sold my other boxes to another customer. Even though I paid for them. Top it all off the manger says to me what am I suppose to do about it?? Really... no words right now. I will never shop at a Home Depot ever again.
This store carries everything needed to build your house and care to the highest degree. I highly recommend this place.
Home Depot is great. My fiance works at the Home Depot in Victoria Texas and I have to say that the way they took care of and still continue to take care of their employees after Hurricane Harvey is excellent and customer service is great....

Not enough employees in this store, took me several minutes to find help, waste of time....same sad story.....so many people out of work, what do they care about people anyway, it's all about the bottom lines to these stores.....targets already added several "check yourself out" registers, here we are becoming these mega stores' instant employees!!! Then they give us this baloney that it helps them lower prices,YEAH RIGHT!!!...WELL, I for one am quickly becoming tired of this....I'm going to small business people who really try to gain your patronage....I work too hard,my time is very valuable to me, and I'm tired.... the last thing I want to do is check myself out....
