Pleasant experience. I was looking up and down isles when this Super kind man asked me if I needed help. I just told him to tell me where the item was. Expected him to just walk away after he told me but he actually said I'll walk with you to be sure you find it. He stayed with me the entire time. Very impressed. Next day when I attempted to return an item wasn't so impressed. There were 2 women at return counter and as always I try to see which looks like are the least busy. I put my item on the counter and neither acted as if I were there. Will admit that the short haired lady did apparently have someone on hold on phone. She talked on the phone but she had seen me standing there. After her call a man walked up to the other side of the counter and asked questions. She took the time to help him and then walked away. Finally the other lady looked up and offered to help me but I had to move to the other register. Why didn't lady #1 tell lady #2 that she had a customer. Lady #1 could have just said that the other lady would be with me shortly but I needed to go to the other side or something. Hate nothing more than being ignored. I understand that lady #1 was busy but her actions were unimpressive and lady #2 really acted as if she didn't want to help. Although as I went to check out there was a pleasant young lady there. As I started putting my items on the counter lady #1 popped in and got on the girls register and she was much more pleasant. Actually smiled and joked with me. So I did walk out happy then.
They closed off their back drive way because their trucks hit one too many vehicles, but now that just forces all the traffic to pass thru the front parking lot and I've been hit by a car on two occasions already and nearly hit several other times.

Walked around the store looking for what i needed, alot of employees but not one person greeted me or asked if i needed help. I ended up looking online to find the isle that i needed to go down. As i walked in the guy at the door told another employee that the electric carts didn't get charged over night, i needed to use one cause i have a bad knee. Probably would have spent more money if the customer service was better and if i had a cart.
order online.drive 60+ miles to pickup my lowe's orders in victoria and waiting over an hour for searching my orders.after over hour i got final answer "we don't have your order in our store".that problem happened with me twice times on 10-3-2017 and 10-10 2017. service person is very bad, special young lady have tattoos on left arm.waste times and gas.no more lowe's go to home depot.
Better selection than Home Depot and any other store in town for that matter, but the staff isn't as very helpful or friendly. Multiple times I've tried getting help for something and ended up leaving without help or products because of it. One time my wife and I were needing a whole Home flooring install for about 1000 sqft but the guys in the floor didn't even ask us if we needed help even though we were pacing in his department for 20 minutes and holding several samples we had questions about. I was hoping to speak to a supervisor about the problem but we couldn't even find an associate willing to help us locate one.
