1. I told the front desk lady that I was here for wellness checkup, she asked me "Anything else other than the check up?", I told her "I just recovered from the flu, but that's not what I'm here for." She then said okay.
2. As soon as I told them I will then leave, and refund my co-pay. They told me to just LEAVE THE ROOM AND CALL IN THE NEXT PATIENT FOR THEM.
The entire time I was dealing with all of this, I had to pee because obviously I was coming in to take a screening. They did not rush to accommodate me. I had to sit in the waiting room for more than an hour with a full bladder.
Called in for random drug screening. Paperwork was submitted at 9 A.M., they "lost" my paperwork and didn't prep the exam. They then casually "found" the paperwork and then acted as though I had just walked in, asking for my id a second time.
I had a great experience, the wait time was low, Ms. Gabrysch took my information with professionalism, the nurse did her assessment correctly and finally Mrs.Reardon saw what I had and gave me info how to treat. Thanks for the medication prescribed and the Prednisone injection...
My wait time was low, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and the doctor took the time to assess my properly.
4. Lastly, throughout the entire experience and conversation, the whole crew's attitude was very rude and unprofessional.
As I went in, the nurse told me we do not do wellness checkup, then the front desk lady came in and said "I told him we don't do wellness checkup, but he said hes got a flu that needs to be looked at."
As far as care goes, I feel I made a good choice.
This is THE worst urgent care known to man!.. They have no regard for the hippa laws that they consistently violate. They are extremely slow even when no one is there. The hours posted on the door don't correspond with the ones on the site. Whomever manages and/or own this locations needs to reconsider another field of work.
3. Additionally, they called me simply by my last name, while they were calling other patients "Mr. Donaldson, Mrs. Maddix" and such. I did not see the need of confronting them for such a trivial fact, but I still wonder why I was treated differently.
Worst attitude and work quality I've ever experienced.
