Small vacuum area,, hard to get out!!
Update: Mike and the crew at Custom Car Care did a perfect job getting my car back up and running the next day. These guys are by far the best. I won't use another shop for any of my vehicles.
Trustworthy family-run business. Good quality work and honest communication. Great value with prices at or below other area shops. You just have to be willing to wait, and understand that a small place like this is going to run on a slower and more unpredictable schedule than a larger chain store. I think this is a good trade-off if you can go in with the right expectations. Whenever possible I take my car here.
The engine went out on our van, 1300 miles from home, and Custom Auto Care was like having your big brother there to help! They are just the best!!
Outstanding work done in a timely fashion.
I had a fan blade break off of my radiator and put a whole through it. Luckily Mike and his team got it back up and running within a week. However, I'm writing this review 2 months after I had them work on my Challenger and yet again the fan blade is broken. Quite disappointed but I'm willing to believe it's the part and not the mechanics. I'll be taking it back ASAP to get them to fix it.
