The first gentleman I met he was good bro Manor the man or the young guy that worked on my tires he was mad and angry and for reason why I do not know and that cost me to dislike this place cuz of one person but the other people there are very nice gentleman like thank you

My service provider Jacob didn't waste any time seeing to my car and tires, he got everything worked out in a timely manner and all the while with a smile on his face and respect toward me. I recommend Discount Tire to anyone and everyone looking for tire service at a great value and with amazing customer service.
5 stars is not enough. The service is terrific, people were hustling and getting cars in and out quickly. The store ran better than any store I can remember. The efficiency was outstanding only to be beat by its customer service. My highlander had a large screw in a tire and I thought for sure I would have to buy a new but they were able to repair and I didn't have to pay anything. The tires are from the dealer and I still didn't have to pay anything. Come on!!! How cool is that! It made my day, free repair on tires that they didn't even install.
I had to lock my tires to avoid an accident on 77S. Two tires were ruined. Arlin, the store manager, greeted me and assisted me, as well as calming my shattered nerves. He inspected all the tires and showed me what damage was done and which tires were ok. He even introduced me to the technician that would be putting new tires on. The store was packed with customers but everyone worked efficiently to reduce all of our wait times. Everyone at this store is to be commended on exemplary service! Damaged tire image attached.
I'm a frequent customer of Discount Tires for good reasons: Good prices, and good service. I am here from out of town and this location had my trailer tires in stock, gave me a good price (much better than anywhere else), and installed them very quickly. What's not to like?
