Let's start off good, the price and location is great. The management is friendly and very sociable. When we moved in, we had some leaks and holes but they fixed it very fast. Now that we have been here for four months they do not fill work orders at all. Our most recent problem is a rat, in which I have told them about multiple times but they are doing the least that they have to. Three loaves of bread have already been chewed through. If they can clear this up I would have no problem, but until then this is my review.
These people are very disrespectful and cause problems for not only me but several of the orher tenants here
When i lived there years ago with 2 other roommates, the office manager at the time "lost" of rent checks more than once and we had to repay, we we're always on time. The air unit went out in middle of summer, stove went out and fridge had issues, we had to put in work order after work order until they finally decided to fix things after about 2 weeks , even then, the fridge and stove they replaced the olds one with, were used and didnt work. They also started charging tenats for gas use and decided to do a 3 month charge of water instead of 1 month a time and we paid the month they switched us and still wanted us to pay the full 3 months. We never saw our money back for the "lost" checks. The manager seemed to be dating a tenet there and a few times when i was washing clothes, theyd sit on his porch and yell and curse at others while drunk. We never got calls back for these issues. So, we left. I have had a charge on my credit cause of it. I Understand we broke lease, but losing a tenats rent mpre than once and other issues were the problem.
Apartment 501 is the worst nuisance drunk all the time screaming and extreme harrassement and threats towards my newborn son
Well let's start with the roach and flea problem. Roaches run wild across the whole apt complex. Fleas will jump on your legs just walking by the grass. Pet deposit is 600 dollars which they pay you back only 200 if everything is perfect. The parking lot is terrible. Plan on ruining your tires. Place was filthy when I moved in but they want thing spotless when you move out otherwise you will not get your deposit back. Also they take out of your deposit to "shampoo" their carpet even though when I moved in it was filthy. Unless you are desperate save yourself a motor dissapointmentioned and avoid autumn park.
Worst place ever. Cant wait till my lease is up.
