I went to check out what they had to offer, and they did not have a place on site to show what they had to offer; no showcasing apartments or anything. They just gave us a paper with the square footage. I also went to apply with my boyfriend, we ended up having to pay over ninety dollars in application fees just to see if we qualified, and we got denied. Afterwards, we even offered to double our deposit AND offered to pay our first FOUR months off, and we were still denied. Staff was rarely available and main office reeks of old cigarettes. When we asked the safety, stated there was a patrol officer every night to make rounds, which we followed up with another tenant, and they stated, "I was never told there was a patrol officer, never met the person, and I've had my car keyed multiple times, wish I would have known!"
Worse place to live!! Husband and I lived there 2 years and his work truck was broken into twice, my Yukon once, then my caddi!! They busted the window out of the caddi trying to get the system out! Plus, they refused to have any security on the place! Told me it would cause the rent to go up!!! Really? Rent had went up twice since we lived there!!!! DONT RENT FROM THERE! !! Unless u just have to!
It would be nice if they would clean the carpets when you renew your lease but they don't. Then again they're cheap apartments so if you need anything done you have to do it yourself or fix it yourself smh
