Great mechanic and customer service
About a month ago. I got 2 kittens and on the way home 1 ran into my dash. It disappeared and wouldn't come out. I called animal control and vets but everyone refused to help. I called mickey's and they told me to bring my car in. They worked for about an hour removing my dash and air bag to get the kitten out. She came out scared but ok. They said she got stuck and couldn't have gotten out on her own. Not only did they save my kitten but they did it for free. Thank you very much for helping me.
They kept my vehicle for over a month to rebuild the transmission. Complete rebuild, all parts, and labor cost just over 1000 bucks. Fair enough. Except the transmission went out within 500 miles. Now I can't get a single response from them.
