Great experience, the mechanics seemed very knowledgeable and the prices were cheaper than the other places I went to. All in all, I'll definitely be back again in the future.
Called to make an appointment and the man said we wouldnt need one because they were slow. Got here at 10:30 the man said it would be a 20 min wait to get to the service area. Customer came in after us and he told them it would be a 40 minute wait, somehow their car got taken to the service area before us 5 min after he told them estimated waiting time. 1150 they finally took our car to service area. 2 hours later we are finally leaving. Not the mechanics fault Lee did a great job. Not sure of the front desk mans name
Enter at your own risk. I will never step foot into Midas Victoria, or any other Midas store ever again. I advise anyone to stay away. After a brake job in June of this year, I continue to pay to have broken wheel studs repaired, three so far. I did go back to Midas when the first two broke, thinking they would make good on their mistake, but that was not the case. 300 plus dollars later, and all I have been offered is coupons to a place that I will never visit again. Beware. No torque wrenches used here, just impacts.
I was very happy with the service and how fast it was performed. I will be bringing my car to this location for all of my future service.
