Call for and inspection on vehicle said they stopped at 5, got there at 4:30 was told we stopped early because we have better things to do
BUYER BEWARE! I have a Dodge work truck that broke down while doing a job in Port Lavaca. I had it towed in and was quoted $4500 in needed repairs. I asked how much to "just get it running" and was quoted $1500. I paid the $1500 and drove it back to Dallas where I had my local Dodge dealer look at the truck. They checked over the entire list and found nothing wrong. They said they could see no reason why a mechanic would say we needed the additional $3,000 in repairs except to jack up the repair bill. Bottom line: this service center falsely reported problems with my truck in order to charge more money. I wonder how much of the $1500 was bogus too! BUYER BEWARE!
There are not enough words I could use to express our satisfacation with this service department.
I really like this place. I have never waited more than an hour. They don't try to upsell me no bullshit. I go in and get the service done and get out.
