I'm not the type to complain and so it takes A LOT to bring it out of me but I told them I wanted my Pomeranian trimmed and they cut her hair so short..... I'm afraid that it is not going to grow back as beautiful as it was. If I hadn't specified to the groomer face to face what I wanted I could understand how this all happened. I'm very disappointed (I had to give them one star in order to post this).

Really wonderful place. They helped my pit bull with severe separation anxiety feel better about herself. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Great place for dogs and cats.
