I had a rant earlier this morning about the difficulties of getting my packages delivered. My address seems to be an issue and the deliveries are hit and miss. However, I removed my rant in all fairness to UPS because they are working to rectify the issue. I did not receive my package day before yesterday because the driver delivered it to the wrong house. He was off the day I called 7/28/17 (to find out about where the package ended up at) UPS called him at home and he said he delivered it a little red house (which is not my house) so the driver drove to the house he delivered it to in his own vehicle on his day off to retrieve it and bring it to my house. I have to give them some credit for going all out to retrieve a package delivered to the wrong house to make sure I get it. So in all fairness I had to go from a 2 star rating that I gave them earlier today to a 4 star rating.
Sometimes it's a hit and miss. At times I recieve my packages without a problem and sometimes my "address can't be found" & at times it's "not a valid address" & I have to drive and pick it up myself.
Just don't go in acting crazy and they can help you with anything
Worst customer service ever. I waited over 10 minutes before I had to go find some one. 5 min after that a tall women with short brown hair walked in. She had the attitude that it was an inconvenience to wait on me. I needed to by a box she tried to sell me the biggest one they had. Ups needs to teach there employees costumer service. I will be using fed ex from now on.
Seems like every time, they never know where my adress is. And they won't call to let you know in the day, they will just wait for the next day to try and make it out. And then after I give then detailed instructions they somehow miss it again! I mean I know that they work all day fast but if they can't keep track of what they are doing, then it's time to get some help! On top of that, they somehow goty adress changed on my package and sent it to the wrong adress 100 miles away from me. Such bullshit!!!

Incompetentdriver! Per my local post office, they dI'd not close early for lunch and the driver simply left a note at the back door of poat office that they attempted to make a delivery. Per UPS I can't drive to the center and pick up my package, it HAS to be deliver to post office. Now I have to wait two more days for my package.
