Nice people. Pet friendly. Beds are a little on the hard side for me. But good overall
the breakfast was all gone and they wouldn't replenish anything when asked they said its all gone..even the coffee was awful .. unbelievable the lack of pride the front desk took in the condition of the breakfast area. baymont owners should really look into their employees. the carpet is greasy and not much care put in this establishment.
The hotel and room itself was nice, but the bathroom (especially the shower) had almost no water pressure. Altogether a nice stay, if you don't mind spending ten minutes just rinsing out your hair.
I have never written a review for a hotel before but the customer service in all areas just stood out so much I felt I needed to. The staff was so genuinely friendly and helpful I was really impressed. I've stayed in over 100 hotels including 5 star and 5 diamond hotels and have never had such great customer service in all areas. The rooms are big and very well priced. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
