We will always go there when we are in Victoria. We would have it no other way. It's home away from home.

The cleaners who clean the room do an awesome job. They provide extra when there is more than one or two in a room.
Clean rooms, plenty of breakfast, and Annette is awesomely sweet.
We checked in around 5 and the employees were helpful, courteous, a fast. After black Friday shopping we made it back into the hotel and to our room for the first time a little after midnight. The rooms are exceptionally clean. We love the staff. The beds are very comfortable and we noticed each bed had a variety of pillows which we appreciated since I use a soft pillow and my mil uses a firm one. We always enjoy our stay here and will continue to choose this location when we are in the area.
Joseph and staff are always polite, professional and meet our needs when there. We consider them family. Friendly and always helpful. The maintenance people are sweet, friendly and do a great job.
This hotel is really nice! It's clean, the bed is really comfy, the free shower products are Paul Mitchell!, and the internet is fast enough to stream Netflix without having to upgrade to the higher speed (for $5). The fridge is bigger than a standard mini fridge, and there's a microwave in room to heat up your leftovers. The only kinda annoying thing is there's not a driveway connecting the parking lot to the mall behind it.
Free breakfast and lovely staff. Nice decent mid tier hotel. Right next to Victoria mall and other food options around.
Not the nicest Fairfield. Pool was less than exciting. I found garbage from the person in the room before us. So it wasn't cleaned well. Some of the front desk staff was nice. Some werent. I would stay there again if I had to. But would prefer something with more bang for my buck
