The client service was amazing. One of the service desk ladies even prepared me tea compress when I've got sunburn. All personnel - cleaners, service desk, breakfast staff - were very nice.
Starting from the lobby - it looks very nice. I liked the design and colors. The hotel is opened about 2 years ago, so you can still fell that ''fresh'' feeling. The breakfast are looks nice too. They have small indoor gym and outdoor pool. The breakfast wasn't very ''fancy'' - just regular choices and not too much healthy options. That I liked was Texas shaped waffles - that's something different. They have free cookies and ice cold lemonade in the lobby for the guests. You also can get coffee and tea 24/7 and purchase some drinks / snacks from mini store.
I liked the room itself. Though it was a bit smaller than regular suites, but I liked how cozy it felt. They have nice decor in the room ( I loved green walls). I really liked how they separated sleeping and resting areas (bed and couch). They have most things you usually need: TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron. Couch can be used as second bed too (though you would have to ask for extra bedding). Bathroom was nice too. I liked the Shea butter soap they provide. Everything was very clean.
I enjoyed our stay. Large, clean room. Hot breakfast. Hotel personnel were all very nice and helpful. Pet friendly. Very good price also. Will definitely stay here again.
Overall was great. The things that I was disappointed on was mainly food/beverages. They did not have a complimentary breakfast and what food they had was definitely over priced. Over 4 dollars for a bowl of cereal. They did have a bar but unfortunately they only had 5 drinks to choose from all 9$. I asked the bartender if they can make a drink that's not on the menu and he said no they can only make what is on the menu. They didn't even have common drinks! Not even a long island which caught me off guard. Also most hotels have make up removal pads and nail polish remover pads upon request if not sitting in the bathroom already. They didn't have any at all those were the only "problems " I had. Oh and their pool was clean but the hot tub was dirty. The overall cleanse of the hotel was really good though and the rooms were pretty and the pillows, fluffy!
Overall I really liked the hotel and would definitely recommend to stay here.
The room was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. I loved the Texas shaped waffles.
Only thing I didn't like was noise. Hotel was fully booked, and I guess related with Memorial day, was full of families with small kids. They were quite noisy (like running around in hallway, screaming , slamming doors) in the evening. Plus we could hear some noise from the street too.
I was so happy while there. Managers are very nice and try to help the max. House keeping kept my room very clean. I will always go back
