I would rather sleep in my vehicle than stay there!
Never again! The hotel is disgusting! The owners are so rude and treated me bad. She basically called me a liar and doesn’t care a bit about her guests. She’s rude and obnoxious!!
While we are currently post Hurricane Harvey this hotel suffered damage but is still open. The front lobby is destroyed and they are operating out of a room for checking in and out. There is no breakfast right now since the hotel has damage. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Tub faucet wouldn't stop running but they have bigger repairs to make.
place needs a lot of work post hurricane Harvey. That, however doesn't excuse the lack of management. we were locked our of our room and, although they advertised 24 hour manager on site, the reality if the manager lives off-site and doesn't want to stay overnight and doesn't. the owner lives in California and has a lot of money and doesn't care if you are locked out and have no way in.
Horrible dirty rooms everything broken in room.No towels.Very unkept grounds.office peronel unprofessional.mexican lady is very rude.
The stay was ok. Hotel was very damaged from hurricane Harvey and smelled of mold. Other than that it was great. Big comfy bed and good blankets.
