Robert was great in handling my sale. The store in Houston was not able to help me, but Robert went the extra mile to help us get the mattress that we needed in a timely and efficient manner. We highly recommend Robert and the entire staff at Mattress 1 Victoria Mall.
Robert was awesome!!!!! We walked in, and he was able to help us get a better new mattress set at an affordable price. He's was really great guy to talk to, and I'd recommend him to anyone.
Shopping for a new mat and was quiet pleased with the out come. Manager of the store helped out a lot going through all the options, testing beds and all around polite, funny, professional manager. Yet I think my twin girls were more pleased then I was. While I was talking to manager about beds the other workers entertained my girls. They built a pillow mountain had fun jump testing all the beds and even got their own balloons. By the end I got a bed I wanted and once my girls got to the car they were out cold. I recommend mattress one at the mall to anyone looking for a new bed.
